	Follow the outbound roadway signs and take the Sumner Tunnel to I-93 North. Follow I-93 North to exit 37C.  Take a left at your first set of lights onto Commerce Way.  Topaz Partners is located on your right at 18 Commerce Way on the seventh floor.

From Route 128 / I-95 Heading South:
	Follow Route 128/I-95 South to Exit 36 (Washington St./Woburn/Reading). Take the Mishawum Road Ramp and stay straight to go onto Commerce Way. Take your second left onto 18 Commerce Way. Topaz Partners is located at 18 Commerce Way on the seventh floor.

From Route 128 / I-95 heading North:
	Follow Route 128/I-95 North to Exit 36 (Washington St./Woburn/Reading). Take a left at the traffic light onto Washington Street.. Take a left at the next traffic light onto Mishawum Road. Take a Right onto Commerce Way and your second left onto 18 Commerce Way. Topaz Partners is located at 18 Commerce Way on the seventh floor.
